- PUNCH LISTS
- A punch list will be created during the design phase and will be used
throughout construction to measure the progress of the
installation.
- The UIC ACCC TED Inspector shall supply punch list items as he
inspects and finds items that do not meet the UIC Standards or the project
design.
- On Office of Capital Programs and Facilities Management projects these
punch lists shall be given to the project manager.
- On projects run by UIC ACCC TED the punch lists shall be given to the
contractor.
- Both the material and workmanship will be evaluated and any error will
be noted.
- The contractor shall resolve all punch list items prior to the job
being accepted.
