Notes Server Down 9 PM-11 PM Sat.
 

Mar 22 2003 - The Notes Server will be down from 9 PM to 11 PM on Saturday, March 22, 2003, for an upgrade.

AHEAD, lab reservations submissions, and software sales lookup will be affected.

 
     
Client Services Office - new phone service
 

Mar 19 2003 - The Client Services Office has completed the switch to our new phone service. The delay in opening hours during the transition to new service this morning has been resolved. As of 10:00 AM, calls to 413-0003 are now being answered by our consultants again.

The Client Services Office is switching to new phone service for 413-0003 today. We had anticipated that the switch would be completed before 9:00 this morning, but we are experiencing some delays as the transition is coordinated with Telecom and SBC. There will be no answer to calls placed to 413-0003 until the transition is complete.

We apologize for the interruption of service and hope to have it resolved shortly. In the meantime, if you are experiencing network problems please call the Network Operations Center directly at 413-8080. For other types of technical support please call 413-0003 later, send email to consult@uic.edu, or visit the Client Services Office in SEL 2267.
