- Our system for updating DNS failed in a new way.
We've restored configuration files from backups,
and have temporarily disabled any new updates until
we can fix the underlying system and improve the
safeguards that try to prevent such failures.
So service is now restored, and we'll update with
new config files when we're sure at least this
failure mode won't happen again.

- One of the mailserv backend machines currently has a problem. If your account is on mailserv, and you are seeing problems trying to read your email, we apologise, we are working on it, and hope to get it back up ASAP. Thanks for your patience. |
