Apr 24 2007 - Blackboard stopped working Tuesday April 24 around 21:30. Students who were trying to complete an exam before a deadline reported they were unable to log in. The problem was resolved around 22:55. The cause of the problem was a minor database misconfiguration. We will refine our monitors so we can detect this kind of problem before it becomes critical.
