You can combine multiple PDF documents into one:
- Acrobat 6 can create a PDF from multiple files at
once
- Or choose Document > Insert Pages to open
another PDF and insert it at desired location
- insert all new pages, then delete unneeded ones
- to delete or re-arrange pages, use the thumbnail
pane
- create all thumbnails (context menu) to see mini-pages
- drag thumbnails around to re-order; or delete some
- finally, delete all thumbnails for smaller files
- need to do "Save As" to actually
get rid of them!
You can also make hyperlinks to other PDF documents.
If they have named destinations, even to specific places in
them.
