Perl Seminar III -- Intro

Objective

  • References, packages, and object-oriented support. These are fundamental to advanced data structures.

This course will not make you expert even in the things it covers. But it should make references and OO programming a bit more understandable. You'll be able to play with it or follow the manual a bit more easily.

Prerequisites

You need some familiarity with perl. You should have written at least several small perl programs, and know how to use arrays, hashes, and regular expressions. Being a little adventurous will help.
