In order for Eudora to work properly, you must configure it to work with UIC's email system. Fortunately, you should not need to do this more than once, unless you want to change specific options. If you are uncertain of an item, right-clicking on the item in Eudora gives an explanation of it. There are 18 sections under the Tools|Options menu that you can make changes to. However, there are 5 sections that should not be touched, since they are not applicable for UIC. We will divide them into related sections.
The 5 sections that should not be altered in any way are: Advanced Network, MAPI, Auto Configure, Automation, and Kerberos.
