When we were creating a style, we created a style called Paragraph Heading. We can make changes to this style if we so desire. The advantage of altering a style is that ALL paragraphs with the same style get changed as well. Although you can go to the Format|Style menu and modify the existing style, (the same as creating a style from that box) here is a fast way to do it.
Select one of the paragraphs with the style you want to change and make the necessary changes. For this example, let's change the Eastern Region heading to have red color, no underline, and italic. (Note the Style button shows the "Paragraph Heading" style.)
We make sure the paragraph is selected, click on the Style button, and choose THE EXACT SAME STYLE. If you do it correctly, this dialog box appears:
You then have the option to change all paragraphs with the same style to match or return the paragraph to the original style. We will choose the former: Update the Style to Reflect Recent Changes. Here is the result.
