A Target is a marked place on a Web page that can be linked to
in the same manner that another page is linked to. (Also known as a bookmark
or anchor.) When a link to a target is clicked on, the browser "jumps" up
or down to the spot that is marked. Every target should have a unique name,
and functions best when placed next to a text or image object. If the Show
targets in option in the Link Properties window is set to "Current
document", any targets that have already been placed on the page will appear
in the target list box.
