Client Services Office (CSO)

The Client Services Office (CSO) is ACCC's primary support organization, charged with helping users with any problems or questions they may have on pretty much anything related to computers and networking.

Naturally, the ACCC and CSO can not support every single computer product or know the answers to all questions, but it's a good place to start, when needing help.

Consultant's desk locations
The CSO is located in room 2267 SEL on the East campus. It's open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm (on Wednesday's it closes at 4pm). A CSO consultant is also available in room 181 BGRC on the West campus: Mon-Fri, 1pm to 4:30pm (3:30pm on Wed). CSO "lab" consultants are also available on-site, at various ACCC computer labs.

Contacting the CSO
Besides contacting the CSO in person, one can also reach them via email or telephone at consult@uic.edu to 312-413-0003, respectively. The CSO prefers to be contacted by email.

The aim is to provide students with the tools they need to use computers as part of their education.  The CSO maintains a series of public labs, obtains software for those labs, and is available to help students with questions on computing.
