Menu Bar

The menu bar in Claris Homepage uses many of the standard button icons for basic functions, which makes it very similar to typical menu bars from Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect.  It has two basic components, the Basic toolbar and the Style toolbar.

The Basic toolbar is made up of functions that can be found under the File, Edit and Insert pulldown menus, and offers basic control over the main HTML functions.  The Style toolbar deals specifically with text style and format.

 Basic Toolbar

      

• All main file and HTML functions
  • Preview and raw HTML editing buttons
  • Buttons for object and link windows
  • Different Insert functions
  • Paragraph formatting

• Very similar to popular word processors:
  • Pull down menu with type styles (headings, list items, etc)
  • Type styling (color, bold)
  • Bullet and ordered lists
  • Indenting
