• Get an account on Tigger
• Get a directory for your Web pages on Tigger
• Create your Web pages on a (Win95) PC or Macintosh
• Upload your work to your Web page directory
• Make your files readable by the WWW
  From time to time, cd to your Web page directories and give the command:
  chmod a+r *
• Try your Web pages out
