Cut, Copy, and Paste

The three buttons for cut, copy, and paste look similar to the buttons below:

Cut button Copy button Paste button

NOTE: the three items are also available under the Edit menu, and each has a keyboard shortcut ([CTRL] + X for cut, [CTRL] + C for copy, [CTRL] + V for paste)

To execute cut and paste:

• Select the text you wish to cut
• Click on the Cut button
• Click the insertion point where you want the text to go
• Click on the Paste button
