Fonts and Font Sizes

In word processing, the typeface can be altered to add emphasis to any or all parts of your document. Most word processors have a long set of typefaces available, called fonts to choose from. Along with changing the font, you can change how large or small the font will be with the font size. Generally located near the font, the size can usually be adjusted anywhere between 6 and 400 points, each point representing 1/72 of an inch. (a size 10 or 12 is common in reports, with 18 points used in titles) Here are the font and font size boxes in a typical word processor:
