Once you have completed your document, you have the ability to print it out. In all word processing programs, there will be a print button near the left side of the toolbar. You can also hit [CTRL] + P on your keyboard, or go to the File menu to access printing.
In the print dialog box, you have the ability to print the entire document, only the page that the insertion point is on, or pick and choose selected pages to print. You also have the ability to set the number of copies and even have the printer collate multiple pages to make it easier to print and staple handouts. Each word processor has a different setup in the Print dialog box, but all of them have these features. Here is a sample Print dialog box.
