Art History 111
Art History 111 is a survey of the arts and architecture of the globe, from the beginning of the
European Renaissance to the Present. The course is divided into lectures (MWF, 12-12:50pm,
Lecture Center A-1) by principal faculty member Peter Bacon Hales and supporting faculty within
the Art History Department, and discussion sections which meet once a week.
This site enables students to access the larger imagebase of slides and images that are directly related to the class, review class assignments and view sample projects that might represent the best of a given class, look over materials that help prepare for examinations, review the syllabus, and move to appropriate webpages for other imagebases, many of which are directly related to the subject matter of the course,
