Hosted by the University of Illinois at Chicago
We would like to invite you to the upcoming Midwest Mesoamericanist
Meeting, hosted at the University of Illinois at Chicago, on Saturday,
March 14, 2009. This informal meeting is an excellent opportunity to
learn about recent research by academics and advanced students in
Mesoamerican prehistory, ethnohistory, and ethnography.
There are planned activities
for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On
Friday, March 13, we will have a speaker and reception at the
University. On Saturday, we will have presentations on campus, and will
host a party in the evening. Finally, we are planning a group visit to
the new Aztec Exhibit at The Field Museum.
We have compiled information for hotels,
restaurants,
and parking on
separate pages.
