The Biology Colloquium holds classes that alternate between two very different formats. One is a large group lecture in which the entire class hears a presentation given by an invited speaker on any of a variety of biological topics, it meets in SEL 4289. Weeks following large group lectures, students meet in small groups and tour different biological facilities throughout the UIC campus and city of Chicago, which meets in the SES Rotunda. |
