REREGISTER YOUR STUDENT ORG

The next registration period for the Fall 2013 through Spring 2014 academic year is Monday, April 1 – Friday, April 26, 2013. This registration period is for ALL new organizations and currently registered organizations that need to re-register. Even if your organization has successfully completed registration for 2012-2013 you must still register for the 2013-2014 academic year.

TO REREGISTER YOUR STUDENT ORG:

• Visit http://uic.collegiatelink.net/
• Sign in to collegiatelink
• Locate your organization's profile page
• Click the "Register This Organization" button
• Follow prompts
• Upload organization profile picture
• Submit required documents ( constitution and signature form, see samples here ). You must be logged-in to view these forms.
• Await approval and online training access

Approved registrations will be valid through the end of May 2014. Keeping the organization's paperwork current is a requirement of the registration process. Without accurate information, SOR cannot provide students with information about the organization, maintain proper records, or mail important correspondence.
