Re-Registration will be accepted April 1, 2014 - January 31, 2015: This period is for existing organizations that have previously been registered. This registration allows organizations to be active between August 2014 and May 2015.

Campus Programs is excited to announce the launch of
UIC Connect powered by OrgSync software for all student organizations. UIC Connect is a web based application that is designed to help student leaders organize and manage their student organization. This exciting new management system will be unveiled at the Student Organization Conference(another reason to attend!). UIC Connect will have intuitive tools for organization management such as online form submissions, member roster messaging in email and text message form, customized searches for service opportunities on and off campus, and finance and treasury tools. Funding applications for SAFC and SOFAB will now be submitted through UIC Connect. Organization registration will also be processed through
UIC CONNECT. Please follow the directions below to register your organization.


  • Review the Registration checklist to help you collect the information needed to submit.
  • Select one responsible incoming officer (preferably the incoming President) to submit the registration. Outgoing officers and faculty/staff advisors should NOT complete the registration.
  • Visit UIC Connect and log-in with your UIC Net ID and password
  • Click “Browse Organizations”
  • Click “Register New Organization”*
  • Select “Campus Programs” as the umbrella organization.
  • Follow prompts, enter information as needed.
  • Upload organization profile picture.
  • Upload required documents ( constitution and signature form )
  • Each incoming officer must complete Organization Officer Training online.
  • Await notice of approval

*NOTE: If your organization has been registered with Campus Programs in past years, but has not completed registration for the 2014-15 academic year, and has not received confirmation of approved registration, you will have to create a new organization in UIC CONNECT.

Organizations that completed registration for the 2014-15 academic year before June 1, 2014 will have an active profile in UIC Connect and do not need to reregister. However, these organizations should fully complete their organization profiles by including profile pictures, member rosters, and other important information.

Approved registrations will be valid through the end of May 2015. Keeping the organization's paperwork current is a requirement of the registration process. Without accurate information, SOR cannot provide students with information about the organization, maintain proper records, or mail important correspondence.
