Harvard Management Development Program

The Harvard Management Development Program (MDP) provides innovative and practical ideas about critical management issues. The program encourages participants to think beyond the confines of their own discipline and area of administrative responsibility.

By the end of the program, participants are well prepared to become more effective managers of their units, departments, or schools, and more valuable contributors to their institutions. MDP focuses on key topics that successful administrators need to master:
