Actively promotes the development of women in administration by providing opportunities for both leadership development and career growth; researches and makes recommendations to the Chancellor of highly recognized programs such as, the Harvard Management Development Program, the Bryn Mawr Summer Institute, Leadership Illinois, and the Shadow Program for Faculty and Administrators; solicits and reviews applications for these programs; and implements the highly acclaimed mentoring program for academic professionals and faculty interested in administration.
