Establish marketing campaign for the Student Centers centered around "The UIC Experience" iniative. U=Urban Experience (Chicago), I=Inquiring Minds (Research), C=Community (Diverse)

Upgrade the Student Centers' Website

Provide Student Employees and Full-time Staff with skill development and professional development opportunities.

Implement an internal and external customer service feedback system.

Increase product offerings by 10% at our Service Centers in Student Center East and Student Center West.

Establish a check-and-balance process for better utilization of our maintenance supplies, materials and staff resources.
