Commitment to Diversity Award


Please use this form to nominate an organization or an event that has educated the campus community on issues related to diversity.  This includes, but is not limited to, issues pertaining to women, racial/cultural, religion, gender and sexuality.  If the program was co-sponsored by two or more organizations, all groups are eligible for the award. Please provide supporting documentation (such as program examples, letters of recommendation, or other) not to exceed two pages and send to soruic@gmail.com.
