Campus Programs 2007 Student Organization of the Year Award Nomination Form
Please use this form to nominate an organization for outstanding work and dedication to improving campus life. This organization should be a shining example to other organizations throughout the year, based on all aspects of organization responsibility, including, but not limited to, quality of programming, active participation of membership, successful recruiting and organization management. In nominating your choice for Organization of the Year, provide descriptions for as much of the following criteria as possible. The organization must have been in good standing for this full academic year and must currently have full recognition now.
Student Organization of the Year Criteria -- Must be a registered student organization at UIC for at least one full semester -- Set and accomplished goals -- Provided opportunity for growth and development of members -- Provided service to UIC or Chicagoland community -- Active in recruiting new members -- Demonstrated creativity, innovation and fun
