The Handbooks are guideline books that detail the duties of the Student Organization Officers. It is the responsibility of the President to accept and sign for the Student Organization Handbook. Likewise, it is the Treasurer's responsibility to accept and sign for a Handbook. 
Paper copies of the same may be obtained at our office.
