**PLEASE NOTE**
The Mandatory Food & Safety Training will be on Monday, September 15, at 4pm in Room 713,Student Center East, for all organizations participating in the Taste of UIC.  Each organization must have one or more people in attendance who will be present during the entire food sale.  If you do not have representation at the meeting, you will not be eligible to participate in the event.

Also, if there is any question of the same organizations serving the same foods, we will work it out at this meeting as well. Your organization will need to provide your own utensils and serving items (cups, plates, napkins, etc.)  These can not be borrowed from Dining Services.  You will be provided with ice, heat, rubber gloves and hairnets.
