LODGING
We have made arrangements with three different management companies to offer special group rates and a variety of hotel
and condominium lodging options to symposium participants. Most of the units described below are just a few steps to the Conference Center. Symposium participants are encouraged to make their
arrangements within our established lodging blocks, both to take advantage of the convenience and value they offer, and to minimize financial risk to the Society associated with units that may go unused.
Each property offers courtesy airport transportation (check with your lodge for hours of service) and on-site or immediate access to
year-round swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities. Condominiums are equipped with kitchen facilities and fireplaces, and offer limited housekeeping services. Parking throughout the village is by
permit only; check with your lodge for details specific to your location.
Although the dates of our official lodging blocks coincide with the dates of our meeting (check-in on the first day, June 25, and
check-out on the last day, Sunday, June 29), all of our headquarters lodges will honor conference rates three days before and after these dates—or longer, as space permits. See individual listings for
rates, contact information, descriptions, cut-off dates, and payment/refund policies.
Reservations should be made directly with lodges. Rates and policies should be reconfirmed at the time of reservation. Information in
this site is subject to revision if errors or omissions are reported by the properties named herein. The International Eosinophil Society cannot be responsible for payment or refund policies established
by other vendors. Travelers insurance is recommended to protect against unforeseen changes in travel plans.
All rates are per night and subject to state tax and civic assessment (currently 11.7%). Reservations for The Silvertree Properties may
be made on-line using Promo Code “Eosinophil.” Reservations for the Laurelwood and Aspenwood condominiums should be made via phone, e-mail, or fax, as online reservation options are not set up to
recognize our special group rates. Be sure to mention the “International Eosinophil Symposium ” when making a reservation to ensure symposium rates.
HOTELS
THE SILVERTREE PROPERTIES
The Silvertree Hotel, Wildwood Lodge, and Village Property Management combine to offer nearly 550 hotel rooms and condominiums.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests are $10 each, per night. Children under age 12 stay free in parent’s
room. Rollaways are $25 per night; cribs are complimentary.
Units will be held until rented or June 2, 2003, and then available as space permits. Reservations must be confirmed by deposit. A
deposit of 50% of total lodging is payable when making reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival. Individuals are responsible for all nights reserved. A $25 administrative fee will be assessed for
cancellations received 14 or more days prior to arrival. After that, refunds (less processing fee) are contingent upon re-rental of unit.
On-line reservations for the Silvertree Properties require that you enter our Promo Code, “Eosinophil.” If you make
a reservation by phone, e-mail, or fax, be sure to mention the “International Eosinophil Symposium” to ensure symposium rates.
Silvertree Hotel

This full-service hotel is located on the slopes, immediately adjacent
to the Conference Center. It offers 260 rooms and suites equipped with dataports, coffee-makers, mini-refrigerators, humidifiers, hair dryers, and satellite TV with Nintendo®. Most rooms have
balconies. Other on-site amenities include three restaurants; concierge service; and a fully equipped health club with massage, sauna, and steam room.
Rates: standard/$115, deluxe: $125 (views of
surrounding mountains and Snowmass Village), slopeview: $130 (excellent views of ski slopes)
Wildwood Lodge

This property is located just steps from the slopes, immediately
adjacent to the Conference Center. It offers 150 rooms and suites (including some with fireplaces) equipped with dataports, coffee-makers, mini-refrigerators, humidifiers, and satellite TV with
Nintendo®. Other amenities include complimentary hot buffet breakfast in the on-site restaurant. Guests also have access to the Silvertree Hotel’s fully equipped health club.

CONDOMINIUMS
The following two properties offer studio units and are located just above the Conference Center, a few steps away from the slopes.
These units are ideal for individuals, couples, and small families, as well as participants who would like to share accommodations. All rates are based on occupancy of up to four. Children under age 16
stay free. Additional guests are $10 each, per night.
Units will be held until rented or June 2, 2003, and then available as space permits. A deposit of one night’s lodging is payable with
reservation. The balance is payable on arrival. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for cancellations received 45 or more days prior to arrival. After that, refunds (less processing fee) are contingent
upon re-rental of unit.
Reservations for the Laurelwood and Aspenwood condominiums should be made via phone, e-mail, or fax, as online
reservation options are not set up to recognize our group rates. Be sure to mention the “International Eosinophil Symposium” when making a reservation to ensure symposium rates.

Rates: $83/studio, $87/studio with sleeping loft (sleeping lofts are accessed by steep staircases and that ceiling height limits ability
to stand in loft area.).
Note: This property also has a small number of two bedroom, two bath units. Subject to availability, the daily rate for these is $128.
