For those who plan to fly directly into Aspen, the Aspen airport is located 5 miles from Snowmass Village and all of the properties in our lodging
group provide free airport transportation. It’s also easy to get around Snowmass Village and Aspen without a car. Free shuttle service is provided throughout the Village. Service between the Village and Aspen is
provided throughout the day and evening for a nominal charge.
Air Travel Discounts for U.S. and Canadian Travelers
As a
high-volume provider of services for travelers to the Aspen/Snowmass area, Aspen Ski Tours is often able to provide more scheduling options and lower airfares than other vendors―for those whose travel will
originate in the U.S. or Canada. A small block of airline seats has been reserved for conference attendees, but it is important that you make your request as early as possible both to take advantage of this block

Air Travel from Other Countries
Aspen Ski Tours has advised us
that those whose travel will originate in other countries are likely to find the best fares and services by making arrangements locally, i.e., in their home cities.
Ground Travel from Denver
The drive from Denver to the
Snowmass/Aspen area takes about 3 1/2 hours (one way), but provides an opportunity to view the scenic splendor of the Rocky Mountains. Information on rental cars and van service is available on the travel link at
the top of this page. If you plan to arrive by land, be sure to allow for sufficient travel time.
