REGISTRATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Registration management, including receiving and processing participant payments and refunds (checks, money orders, credit cards).
- Development/management of registration databases, records, and reports.
- Development and dissemination of participant confirmation materials.
- Management of customer inquiries and related problem resolution.
- Editing, design, and formatting of database information to produce name badges, participant lists, special confirmation and/or personalized program materials.
