Presentation Guidelines

Please note that each presentation time is 20 minutes including 5 minutes discussion. Laptop PC (MS Windows) with Power Point 2003 and Acrobat Reader 6 will be available in the session room. The presenters are requested to bring their CD-ROM containing the presentation files at least 20 minutes prior to their presentation. There will be an audio-visual technician available in the meeting room for you to give your CD presentation to. No personal computers will be allowed to connect to the LCD projector for making presentations.

Additionally, please be sure to provide your bio to the session chairs
prior to your session.
