Richard Doherty, Academic Technology Research Coordinator, Instructor

Taught Environmental Science at DeVry University (Chicago) and Leadership Training at Boston University's Sargent Center for Outdoor Education. Coordinated Living on Earth's (NPR) Ecological Literacy Project in Chicago for high school students to train in the production of environmental radio stories. Research interests include environmental communication, amateur digital music production, and navigating the natural world with technology. Current research investigates the rhetoric and framing of television weather reporting. Teaches one class each semester for the department.
