Facilities in the CSRC

The Commuter Student Resource Center offers several different types of spaces to make your day as a commuter student run more smoothly. We've turned our space into a comfortable, warm, and friendly environment for you to use at your leisure. 

During the academic year, the CSRC is open Monday-Thursday 7:30a.m. to 6p.m. and Friday 7:30a.m. to 5p.m.

Lounge Space
The lounge consists of armchairs and sofas to rest and recharge, snack, or talk quietly with your friends.

Study Spaces
Throughout the CSRC are great places to study. Most of the CSRC has individual study desks, larger study tables, outlets, and lighting conducive to a study environment. Computers and a printer provide quick access to the internet and Office programs. Reservable study spaces are available for those group study sessions.

Kitchen
The CSRC is equipped with a student use kitchen that features microwaves, a sink, a public refrigerator and public freezer. This is a great space to store your lunch and save some money.

Lockers and Showers
Weekly and semester lockers are available to reserve for commuters to have a space to store their books and personal items. Adjacent showers make the combination perfect for commuters who bike.

Multipurpose Room
The Multipurpose Room is a room adjacent to the main area of the CSRC that can be reserved for programming and events.  When not reserved for an event, this room is free to use for studying.

Lactation Rooms
Private lactation facilities are available. The rooms feature power outlets, comfortable seating, a baby changing station, and a rack to hold clothing. The keys to the lactation rooms are available at the front desk of the CSRC.
