I am currently rereading the 2000 edition so you definitely can't have that. For a possible short term solution you might be able to borrow a copy from the AAO library.

The Orthodontics Post 2004 No. 2 07/2004 Dear Orthodontists, We have tested for you clubs, restaurants and coffee shops last week. In Prague you have all the time feeling that this town is changing, developing , that it's every day a bit different town. This assures it's original atmosphere that is typical just for Prague . If you would like a bit change, if you would like to try something different and if you find breakfast in hotel boring… we can give you some tips, were you can have good breakfast in a nice place with pleasant atmosphere. We should for sure mention coffee house Slavia - which was already 100 years ago popular place for actors, writers, and poets. You can have pleasure of nice atmosphere and beautiful view on National Theater, Charles Bridge , Petrin view-tower, or Hradcany castle. One of our favourite coffeehouses is Café Louvre ( www.orthodontics2004.com ) . Original place with long history. It doesn't have an interesting view, but for sure interesting inside. Secession interior, nice service, wide selection of fresh cakes and bakery, that all can charm every guest. Also customers are usually nice and interesting people, you can find here Czech's actors, politics as well as students, mothers with kids, or group of friends, who are for 50 years regularly coming to play chess. This place opens at 8 o'clock am . One new friendly looking coffee place we have found just few meters from our Symposium in Havel street . This street is well know for a regularly market with fruit and vegetables, wooden toys and souvenirs, as well as with artwork. For friendly price you can have here nice breakfast (wide selection), read in a quite place newspapers or just watch the street market. Club Café opens at 8 o'clock am . Addresses for these places you can find on our web page: www.orthodontics2004.com If you have any tips or recommendations for any place in Prague , please let us know. We are looking forward on seeing you on 3rd IOS Orthodontics 2004 in Prague . Administrative team Orthodontics 2004 |
