I use Die Keen for Essix models and still the incisors frequently break. I am unaware of anything much harder than that. On the other issue, model storage, I have been known to make an Essix retainer from a duplicated final model to do a little "Invisalign Lite" retreatment. Point, I'd not like to be without final models.
