Apropos of the ankylosis discussion, I would appreciate any of your experiences regarding the movement of a previously avulsed, root canalled, and reimplanted central incisor. Seems like a crap shoot to me.The case in question is a Cl II div.1 extraction case in which the max. 1st bi on the opposite side has been previously extracted. Questions: Your experiences re: retracting a previously avulsed max. incisor.
Your ideas regarding extracting the central and and substituting the lateral in its place. One possibility is to extract the bi on the central affected side, and if retraction fails, use the crown as a pontic, and down the road opt for an implant. Your thoughts?
