Hi Mort,
How old is the patient, and what is the state of root development of the remaining 1st bi?? Also, is the reimplanted central showing resorption, or visibly ankylosed?
I have tried the substitution of lateral for central, but have not been happy with the result.? Perhaps it was the pros, and perhaps that would be better now,.? I don't know 'cos I'm too scared to try it again!
Cheers,

Sorry, Folks-
Should have mentioned that the patient in question is a young adult. It would seem that would preclude transplanting the bicuspid to the incisor site.
