BRODIE INSTITUTE FOR ORTHODONTICS

 

 

 

Donald and Barbara Brodie's gift of $2.75 million to the Brodie Institute for Orthodontics is the largest-ever gift to the College of Dentistry. Through their generous support, the Brodie Orthodontic Research laboratory will become a reality.

Dr. Terry Sellke and his wife, Dee Sellke, have provided the College of Dentistry with $1.25 million in current and deferred gifts to create the Sellke Bioprogressive Chair in Orthodontics. The chair will be part of the Allan G. Brodie Institute for Orthodontics.

Dr. Earl and Hilda Renfroe's family has made a significant five-figure gift to the Department of Orthodontics to establish the Earl W. and Hilda F. Renfroe Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund. The gift has also provided seed money for the creation of the Earl W. Renfroe Chair in Clinical Orthodontics.

A $300,000 gift commitment from Dr. Gerald and Ann Borden of Westlake Village, Calif., will promote clinical excellence in orthodontics at UIC College of Dentistry. The endowment will support the efforts of a master clinician to teach postgraduate students cutting-edge advances in orthodontic treatment.
