Mr. Meyer is Founder and CEO of Ocularis Pharmaceutical, a specialty pharmaceutical company founded in 2002 to develop and commercialize specialty pharmaceuticals expected to improve vision quality and performance. With several products in human clinical trials, Ocularis Pharmaceuticals is counting on Mr. Meyer's leadership, experience and vision to develop each candidate product to a successful launch.

Mr. Meyer has already successfully launched a biotech startup company, Pathogenesis, which was ostensibly acquired by Chiron of $700M. He has more than 25 yrs. experience in finance, operations & business development in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and holds a B.S. Engineering from UIC and a Masters in Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
