The Office of the Dean invites engineering students to meet alumnus 
Craig Carson on Wednesday, November 22nd.   Craig is the Director, 
Project Execution, for BP Alternative Energy, headquartered in Houston, 
Texas.   Craig is responsible for engineering and project management 
in the development and construction of wind and gas-fueled power 
facilities in North America.

His previous experiences include Director, Commercial Power 
Operations for ConocoPhillips as well as various operations, 
engineering and project management positions at both energy companies 
and energy engineering firms.

Craig has a BSME from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an 
MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Registration is required as the College is providing lunch.  Send 
your name to Nancy Cohen, Associate Director of Development, at 
njcohen@uic.edu.  The registration deadline is Monday, November 20.
