Copy editing of academic writing (though the University of Chicago Press and freelance jobs) and popular writing (through National PTA, Sun Newspapers, and the Wittenberg Torch); proofreading of academic and popular texts; coordination of multi-stage publication projects among numerous departments (through the University of Chicago Press, National PTA, and training at the University of Denver Publishing Institute)

Garrett Brown
Four years of professional experience (with an educational reform foundation) doing content editing, copyediting, and proofreading; some experience with document design

Zahida Hafeez
Available for general editing of all types of writing as well as proofreading and copyediting. Work experience includes reporting for the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Newswires, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and Los Angeles Times. I have also done some technical writing on topics ranging from health to technology.

Justin Joyce (Indexer)
Primary experience and interest is in indexing, however, I have done work negotiating permissions and annotating/summarizing short selections for inclusion in larger volumes.
