To schedule an appointment, e-mail jmhau@uic.edu (e-mail is preferred), phone (312) 413-2237 or stop by 1931 UH. E-mailing is the BEST way to schedule an appointment. E-mail five available dates and times from the list above.
To sign-up for a walk-in stop by 1931 UH and sign-up on the bulletin board in the hall east of the elevators beginning at 9:30AM. Fifteen minute slots are available. Appointments are first come first serve. If you are late for your appointment, another student may be seen.
