The Aid Process
The links on the left guide you through the aid process, from filing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to receiving your aid and maintaining your eligibility.
You must go through the aid application process every year.
It is highly recommended that you complete your FAFSA for the upcoming academic year prior to March 1st, which is UIC's priority deadline. For example, for the 2012-13 academic year, you should complete your FAFSA no later than March 1, 2012. Please keep in mind that funds are limited in many programs, so it is important to submit your FAFSA in a timely manner.
You will also find information regarding unusual circumstances during the aid process and your rights and responsibilities regarding federal student aid.
