The OSFA is located in the Student Services Building at the corner of Racine and Harrison. UIC shuttle buses will drop you off and pick you up in front of the building.

During office hours professional staff are available in the reception area to answer questions. If you feel the need to discuss your situation more in depth, you can make an appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call (312) 996-3126 at least one business day in advance and request to schedule an appointment with a financial aid counselor. There are no appointments on Wednesdays, though counselors can still be reached in reception, by phone, or by email.

Your assigned financial aid counselor is based on the college in which you are currently enrolled. When you call the OSFA with a specific question, you will be directed to your assigned counselor.

If you email or leave a voicemail for your counselor, be sure to include your University ID Number (UIN).
