What is SECA / CCFD?

SECA/CCFD is ….The State and University Employees Combined Appeal / Campus Charitable Fund Drive.

SECA/CCFD is ….
A once-a-year cooperative "on the job" campaign that allows you to conveniently give to the charity of your choice, via a one-time donation or an ongoing payroll contribution. SECA/CCFD combines the efforts of 11 Umbrella Charity Federations with over 2,022 agencies, into one campaign. This combined effort saves time and money for your state government and the voluntary agencies.

SECA/CCFD is ….
Worthwhile and needed! The 11 Umbrella Charities have submitted audited financial statements and statements of their activities, as well as signatures from at least 4,000 state employees, to obtain the approval from the Office of the Comptroller to participate in SECA/CCFD.

SECA/CCFD is ….
Successful! Annually the SECA campaign raises approximately $3,000,000 for the participating SECA and member charities and over $58 million in support of charities since the annual fund drive began.

Convenient! Employees can give via an on-going payroll deduction or a one- time donation to their charity of choice. Pledge forms and other fund drive information are online at:
