	Employee Assistance Services The Employee Assistance Service (EAS) provides free, professional, confidential assessments, short-term counseling referrals, and follow-up for UIC employees and their families for: -Individual, marital, or family problems -Emotional stress or depression -Financial difficulties -Alcohol and other drug dependencies
	Member Assistance Plan (PDF) The Member Assistance Program (MAP) is designed to provide you with access to a full range of mental health and substance abuse treatment services. These services are provided to you and your covered dependents through Magellan Behavioral Health Services.
