Executives roles at UIC are director level and above. Executives are typically responsible for directing business operations, and have overall accountability for college, department, or their unit’s strategic direction and execution of operational plans.
UIC is a large and complex organization driven by diverse goals, comprised of many co-reliant organizational groups, and governed by multiple regulatory and legislative bodies. While each college, department, and unit must achieve individual success, so too must the executive staff of UIC demonstrate the necessary vision and leadership collaborate toward the shared mission of the campus and university.
