For most courses in Business Administration, priority in enrollment will be given to students whose college or curriculum requires that course. Other students who meet the prerequisites may be accommodated during late registration as space permits.

BA     100            Business Administration Orientation
         1 hours.
        Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grading only. No graduation credit. Should be taken in the first semester after acceptance into the College of Business Administration. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the College of Business Administration. Restricted to Business Administration.   

BA     200            Managerial Communication
         3 hours.
        Prerequisite(s): ENGL 161 or the equivalent. Restricted to Economics, Finance, Accounting, Bus Admin-Undeclared, Information & Decision Sci, Marketing, Summer Session, Entrepreneurship, and Management. Not intended for Bachelor of Arts.   

BA     289            Business Internship Program
         1 TO 3 hours.
        Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grading only. May be repeated. No graduation credit. Prerequisite(s): Full-time status, admission into the College of Business Administration, good academic standing, 12 semester hours at UIC, and consent of the director of the Business Career Center.   

BA     589            Corporate Business Internship Program
         0 TO 3 hours.
        Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grading only. May be repeated to a maximum of 6 hours. No graduation credit for students in the following: MS in Accounting or M.S. in Management Information Systems. Prerequisite(s): Consent of the director of the Business Career Center. Approval by the director of graduate studies prior to registration is required for students in the MS in accounting and MS in management information systems programs. Not intended for Undergrad - Chicago, and Undergrad Non-Degree Chicago.   

BA     594            Special Topics in Business Administration
         1 TO 4 hours.
       Meets 08-Sep-05 - 29-Sep-05. May be repeated to a maximum of 16 hours if topics vary. Students may register in more than one section per term. Prerequisite(s): Consent of the graduate business program advisor. Not intended for Undergrad - Chicago, and Undergrad Non-Degree Chicago.  Departmental Approval Required
