Other students who meet the prerequisites may be accommodated during late registration as space permits. Part-time evening MBA students may be given priority in registration for evening MBA course sections. Some accounting courses will have combined-section final exams.          Introduction to Financial Accounting
       3 hours.  Extensive computer use required. Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing. Restricted to Economics, Finance, Accounting, Bus Admin-Undeclared, Engineering Management, Information & Decision Sci, Marketing, Summer Session, Entrepreneurship, and Management. Not intended for Graduate - Chicago. During fall and spring terms, combined-section final exam will be held on Monday of finals week from 6 to 8 p.m.

ACTG            111
         Introduction to Managerial Accounting
       3 hours.  Extensive computer use required. Prerequisite(s): ACTG 110 and sophomore standing. Accounting majors need a grade of C or better in ACTG 110. Not intended for students with Freshman class standing.  During fall and spring terms, combined-section final exam will be held on Tuesday of finals week from 6 to 8 p.m.

         Intermediate Financial Accounting I
       3 hours.  For satisfactory progress in the Accounting major, students must receive a grade of C or better in ACTG 315. ACTG 315 may be repeated only once. Prerequisite(s): Average grade of B or higher in Actg 110 and Actg 111, with both taken at UIC or passing grade on the Accounting Qualifying Exam (AQE).
