OT     428            Fieldwork Level I
         3 hours.
        Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in OT 411 and grade of C or better in OT 412 and grade of C or better in OT 416; and satisfactory completion of OT 422 and graduate standing; and consent of the instructor. Restricted to Occupational Therapy, and Occupational Therapy - Prof.

         8 hours.
        Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grading only. Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in OT 428 and grade of C or better in OT 436 and grade of C or better in OT 437; and graduate standing; and consent of the instructor. Restricted to Occupational Therapy, and Occupational Therapy - Prof.
