Learning About Government

IPCE recognizes that government works best when the citizens it is working for have access to as much information about government as possible and the Internet provides a tremendous opportunity to share information about government. Learning about Government is a web-based resource of information, media, and web links that help citizens better understand how government works and how they can make sure it is working for them. The information presented here is collected in response to basic questions that citizens often ask of or about their government such as:

• What governments are accountable to me?
• How is policy made that affects me?
